Shipping

We ship worldwide, and every order travels with a tracking number.

Delivery times

  • United Kingdom — 2–4 working days
  • Europe — 5–10 working days
  • USA and Canada — 7–14 working days
  • Russia and CIS — 3–10 working days
  • Rest of the world — 10–21 working days

Times are counted from dispatch, not from checkout. We pack and check every set by hand, which takes one or two working days.

Cost

Shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you pay — it depends on the country and the method you choose. Above a certain order value shipping is free; the threshold is shown next to each method.

Tracking

As soon as the parcel leaves us, the tracking number arrives by email. You can also look it up any time on the order tracking page using your order number and the email you used at checkout.

Customs

Orders shipped across borders may attract import duty or tax on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the order total.
