Terms of sale

Parties

The seller is DAYAMRITA PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as KrishnaToys. The buyer is the person who places an order on this site.

Order and contract

The contract is formed when we confirm payment by email to the address you gave. Until then the order is an offer we may decline — for example if the item turns out to be out of stock, or the delivery address falls outside the zones we ship to. In that case you are refunded in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in your chosen currency and include tax unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before payment. The price is fixed at the moment the order is placed.

Payment

We accept the methods listed at checkout. An order goes into packing once payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery times are given on the shipping page and are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will help resolve them.

Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, we send a replacement or refund you.

Returns

Return terms are set out on the returns page and do not limit the rights consumer law gives you in your own country.

Toy safety

The set is certified for children aged 3 and over (CE, EN71, ISO 9001, BIS). Younger children should play with it only under adult supervision.

Law and disputes

The contract is governed by the law of the seller's country of registration. We would much rather settle a dispute by email — write to us before taking it further.
